  Our efforts would be in vain, should we not ensure that we were transferring knowledge to you to carry out the work of behavior change over time.  There is simply nothing magical about behavior change - it requires knowledge, effort and consistency to create lasting change and we recognize your importance in the process.  We help you to develop an understanding and a desire to implement the core principles over time.
